Beside the methods of image projections used in CAD-3D software there are available in GAM methods of image projections, which are used in education and which are also used in technical praxis.
Most of the commands used in GAM are independent of the actual method of projection. You can change between european und american arrangement of top-, front- and sideview. You can also use the european arrangement DIN6.
